Top Yasawa Islands Hotel Reviews

Nanuya Island Resort

Nanuya Island Resort

10/10 Excellent
"The staff were so lovely, welcoming and always happy to help with anything we needed. Activities ran throughout the day, every day, so there was always something to get involved in. We enjoyed our cave trip, scuba diving and snorkelling. We stayed in a beautiful treetop bure. Keep in mind that the bures aren’t particularly modern, if you’re looking for something like that. The food was great, with a different menu every day to choose from. The staff were always available and made the whole experience really easy and enjoyable. Wi-Fi is only available in the main area and doesn’t reach the rooms, which wasn’t a problem for us but is worth knowing beforehand. Overall, we had a fantastic stay and really enjoyed the friendly atmosphere, activities and amazing experiences on offer"

"Amazing welcome and induction onto the property which helped us understand the conservation angle. The Sunrise Bure was great but on the windy side of the island but it’s only 100m to the calm Sunset side where the amenities are. The locals and staff are the happiest people you’ll ever meet and even hug you goodbye! There were no manta rays during our stay but the snorkel in the channel was still amazing so we barely noticed!"

"Gorgeous Bure, right on the beach. Indoor/outdoor shower and bath. Be careful not to slip in the shower on residue left by cleaning product. Staff are always warm and smiling but not always as helpful as they could be. Sometimes had to make several requests before I could get a straight answer, e.g., is it possible to watch the AFL grand final?"
